As with any specialised equipment our products require maintenance from highly trained technicians to ensure long-term productivity and minimum downtime. All servicing is carried out by fully trained ODS Kyocera Technicians of the very highest calibre.
Our Fully Comprehensive Kyocera Service Program Includes:
- Response Time 4 Hours
- Installation and configuration of all accessories
- Delivery and installation of the Kyocera MFD Products Nationally
- Connection to your network, configuration in conjunction with your IT personal
- Operator training by certified ODS Staff
- Follow-up & advanced training upon requested during the service contract
- All consumable spare parts (rollers, developer etc.)

- Regular preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance visits

Routine (preventative & scheduled maintenance) calls are logged/responded to in advance of the machines actual requirement. Please note that failure/damage caused by willful misuse or act of God are not covered by our Customer Care Program.
